Lorraine is inspirational.  Having been at MELC since the day it opened, she has been intimately involved in the growth and development of the Centre and the reputation it now enjoys.   Lorraine is a true professional who has shown a level of dedication and commitment that few could fault.  Her desire to learn and improve her skills has never diminished and has ensured that she remains a fundamental part of the MELC team and.

Since completing the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Lorraine's abilities in programming and portfolios have grown enormously and she sets the highest standards.

She has a beautiful way with the children and enjoys developing close relationships with them.  As a mother and a grandmother, Lorraine understands firsthand the importance of love and understanding and is motivated by what is best for the children and their families.  Everyone at MELC respects and cares for Lorraine deeply, and the fact that she has been here from the very beginning, makes her a very special part of MELC history.
