Meet Claire

Early Childhood Teacher

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) Macquarie University. 

Claire’s degree, combined with her great energy and commitment to teaching children, make her a vital part of the team.  She is a huge support to Angela and contributes significantly to the management of MELC.

As a mum now, she has a beautiful young family, which has added another dimension to her already impressive credentials. Claire is one of the longest serving members at MELC and has played an integral part in the shaping and development of our policies and procedures as well as our philosophy and ethical standards.  Claire has developed into an influential member of the team whose expertise and opinion are valued and appreciated. 

Claire is constantly looking for new and interesting ways to teach and encourage the children.  With the children’s needs always at the forefront, she ensures that the best methods and latest educational concepts are implemented in her programming and design.  Reliability and dependability are words that come to mind when describing Claire and she always has a smile and kind word to say.  Everyone, from the parents and children through to her peers, hold her in the highest regard.
