Michelle is dynamite.  She is forever reinventing the environment of whatever room she is in.  With a real flair for decorating and coordination she takes great pride in anything she presents.  From displays in the room, to the children's portfolios, she always goes to a great deal of trouble to create and make a great impression. She has the most remarkable organisational skills, which are reflected in all she does, and anything she commits to is done with an efficiency and effectiveness that is second to none.

Willing to lend a hand and go that extra mile, Michelle is an energetic and caring lady who has a wealth of experience in the childcare industry. As a mum and grandmother, Michelle not only understands the needs of children but also their families and can always seem to find the right way to support and encourage.  Michelle recently attained her Certificate III in in Early Childhood and Care which, coupled with her many years’ of experience, has cemented her position as an integral part of the MELC team.
