Dominique is our "quiet achiever" who is good at everything she does.  She comes from a large family with a deep love for children and that is reflected in her interactions with them.  Dominique has a naturally gentle and kind manner and the children genuinely connect with her.  She has had experience at other childcare centres and came to us with a high degree of enthusiasm and a desire to implement some of her ideas.  Dominique has shown that she has the ability to see things differently; she understands the dynamics of group and individual interactions and can program to complement both.

Understanding the importance of working in a team environment, Dominique has had plenty of practice at sharing and supporting the workload with other people. Her sweet and engaging personality is a great compliment to any group time and it shows in the children’s faces. Everyone enjoys working her, and her work ethic and commitment to education ensures that is a very valued member of the MELC team.
