Vacation Care

The activities include sports clinic days, horse riding, dancing, BMX riding and movie days. Our program is tailored to the interests of children in the local community. It’s action-packed and always full of variety.

So far, our theme days have included:

• Sports Days (incl. tennis, swimming, baseball, soccer, hockey gymnastics, tae kwon do)

• Spy Kids Day

• Bush Camping Day

We’ve also taken the children on some great excursions including:

• Oceanworld Manly
• Mounted Police Tour
• Fairfield City Farm
• Featherdale Wildlife Park
• Cumberland State Forest
• Maritime Museum

We are open from 6.30am - 6.30pm, and all children are supervised during those hours.

For in-house activities $65 per day, plus a fee for materials where required. For off-premises activities, the price ranges from $65 to $95 per day.

That price includes all food and equipment and where necessary insurance and travel expenses.

We will let you know prior to the day if there are any special requirements for your particular activity. (eg. covered shoes, backpack, etc)

Yes.  We have limited places available - to ensure you don't miss out we suggest you book as soon as you know which dates are required.

Yes, we have a limited number of places on our program and require a $25 deposit for each day booked with the balance payable on the day. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the date booked and the place cannot be filled.

It’s a great opportunity for children from all surrounding schools to make new friends and have fun in a safe, and controlled, environment.

You can book your child/children in for as many days as you need over the school holiday period (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week) – it’s up to you. Places are limited and they do fill quickly so we encourage parents to book their child in early. Simply register your interest by completing the Booking Form for each school holiday.

We will then advise whether the dates you have requested are available and if so, you can complete the Enrolment Form to confirm your booking and ensure we have the necessary information on file for your child/ children.

The final details of activities for each vacation care program will be made available prior to the school holiday.

Our Centre is licensed and accredited by ACECQA.  By contacting the Family Assistance Office and quoting our Customer Reference Number (407 185 690H) your rebate can be calculated.  As of 2 July 2018 the new child care rebate system is in effect.  For further information please go to www.education.gov.au/childcare 

You will also need to provide us with your CRN and your child's CRN on the enrolment form.
