MELC Carers

The carers at MELC are special. Their enthusiasm, patience, dedication and nurturing ability also make the Centre special for our children and their families.

For many families, childcare isn’t an option it’s a necessity, so when your child receives the best possible care (second only to your own) and spends time in a happy, loving environment it makes the world of difference.

We take great care to ensure that your children are looked after by the best possible carers we can find, and we work hard to maintain those high standards at all times. All parents are encouraged to meet with the carers in their child’s room and to get to know them as an important part of their child’s life. We have included a little background information on our staff below, but the best way to get to know them is in person!
