Rikki Coghlan

Position: Carer

Qualification: Trainee

Rikki has undergone a complete career change from the banking world and has joined MELC as a trainee after realizing that she has a natural ability to relate to the children. 

She has taken on her traineeship with great passion, showing a dedication and commitment to her studies which has lead to some very impressive assessment results. Rikki is a big kid at heart herself, and has a constant desire to learn and become the best childcare worker she can. She has developed into an important member of the MELC team and has a beautiful manner with the children. We look forward to seeing Rikki develop both personally and professionally and achieve her goals.
