Michelle Jones

Position: Carer

Michelle is a fabulous, energetic and caring lady who joined MELC with a wealth of experience gained from her eight years spent working in the industry and raising a family of her own.  She has a beautiful connection with the children which is gorgeous to watch. 

Michelle’s natural ability to nurture shows in so many ways and being a mother of three she is certainly well qualified to work with children.  It is terrific to have someone as fun and relaxed as Michelle around - nothing is too much trouble and she is always willing to lend a hand and do that extra bit to help out.  She not only understands the needs of children, but also their families and can always seem to offer words of advice and support.  Michelle is an important team player, who has enough experience to encourage and mentor our younger staff members as well as supporting the needs of the more experienced staff.
