Lorraine is inspirational. Although new to the industry, she has certainly embraced her choice of career since joining MELC. Lorraine comes with the great experience of motherhood and has two sons, aged 13 and 16. Lorraine has displayed an unrelenting desire to be the best at what she does. Through the trials and tribulations of learning a new job she has shown how dedicated and resilient she is. She has a natural love of children and the gift of being kind and fun at the same time. Lorraine’s initiative is shown every day with her constant desire to learn and improve her skills. She has become a vital part of the MELC team with her abilities to work with any age group proving to be invaluable. Lorraine has a beautiful way with the children and enjoys developing close relationships with them, which allows her to become a fabulous positive influence in their lives.
