Qualifications: Certificate III in children’s Services

Kiera came to MELC in early 2009 with more than three years of experience in childcare.  Kiera has shown dedication and initiative in her approach to caring for and teaching the children, and has also developed wonderful relationships with all of the staff members in a very short time.  Being a team player with a warm and friendly disposition, it is easy for anyone to see why we are so lucky to have her around – a smile is never far from her face and she is certainly a favourite with the children!  Kiera is very professional in her conduct and has a natural, gentle way with children, which is rare in a person of her age.  Her work and creativity are a credit to her and it is always a treat to see what interesting and original activities she programs for the children.
